Manage Collection - Lists

As with all other collection management, you go to the collection you wish to edit and on the left hand pane, select LISTS.

Here you can EDIT or CREATE an instance of a list.

Lists are created with the purpose of showing your collection data in clear and easily interpretable views. The data fields represent your headings and the data held within your collection will fall under each headings as such:

To EDIT the headings simply drag new headings into the main window or click the to remove any field headers you no longer require.

You can group records by a field by dragging it above.
